Renaissance team was tasked to design a clean facade that blends into the neighbourhood. The solution was to remove unnecessary detail from the facade and asserting the profile of the building by extending the roof. The use of neutral colour scheme of white and grey kept the structure low-key, so as not to be singled out from its neighbouring units.
