For this new two and a half storey semi-detached house, the front elevation faces the afternoon Sun. A 5-metre high aluminium movable screen doors was designed to provide a typical environment filter which enables the couple to have the options to slide the screens at night to enjoy the luxurious view of the houses.



A cantilever staircase supported at one end with solid teak wood stairs that float over the internal koi pond and into a three-storey air well. The double volume space in the dining creates the space of interaction between the spaces in the house.
