Entering the home, sunlight from the various skylights and air wells filter gently into the ground floor living space, bringing in the warmth of the tropical sun but also allowing the heat to dissipate. With the various elements of climate responsiveness that aim to maximize light and reduce heat, the house is a screenshot of the tropics, an exemplar illustration of the warmth and passive nature of tropical living.
