Simple cladding technique shields the western Sun from heating up the interior and with the void at the dining and skylight above the stairs, it allows hot air to be dissipated through the louvers.

The interior living and dining was designed to form a single entity so as to allow our client's guests to mingle when entertaining. The elevated kitchen opens to the garden which overlooks to the living and dining and acts as a point when entertaining.

Existing stairs was relocated to the side and a void was introduced above the dining so as to allow interaction between the different spaces. The master was relocated to the front with a balcony and a luxurious walk-in-closet with lots of spaces.
